Terms of Service

Effective Year 2025

Welcome to Devaro, a development studio for applied business software such as CRM modules, dashboards and internal systems. By engaging our services, purchasing our digital materials or acquiring merchandise, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Offerings

Devaro provides three categories of offerings: Service engagements, Information products and Merchandise.

2. Service Engagements

2.1 Pre-project Arrangements

Clients agree to deliver necessary information and materials prior to project start. A project plan and timeline will be established based on mutual agreement. A deposit is required to secure project scheduling.

2.2 Refund Policy

Deposits are refundable if the client notifies Devaro at least 7 days prior to the agreed start date. Once work commences, fees are not refundable. Clients may request to reschedule with 14 days advance notice. Approved changes will follow an updated project plan.

3. Information Products

3.1 Delivery

Digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Access instructions will be provided via email.

3.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any materials have been accessed. After materials have been accessed, purchases are final and nonrefundable.

4. Merchandise

4.1 Conditions for Eligibility

Physical items must be in original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4.2 Refund Policy

Customers must request instructions via the support form within 30 days of delivery. Upon approval, send back items, and we will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement. Processing time for approved refunds is up to 14 business days after Devaro receives the item back.
